Due to the fact that we currently only have achieved an economic nexus in Florida, our home state, and NRT products are non-taxable in Florida, we do not collect sales tax on your purchase.  If an economic nexus IS reached in your state in the future, sales tax will be collected and forwarded to your state, as required by law.  This will clearly be displayed upon checkout as a separate line item in your cart.
